Introduction to AutoSend

AutoSend is an automated service which allows you to schedule deliveries automatically. Once you have setup an AutoSend subscription on a particular product, our system will automatically place the order and process the payment for you. You will receive the order just as if you have placed the order yourself. You are free to cancel or reschedule and AutoSend at any time. We hope this will free up your time enabling you to do more fun stuff.

Go to the product you are interested in, select “ Schedule this item for automated ordering”.  Select the desired interval you’d like the AutoSend order to be delivered to you. Then you can complete the transaction from your cart page or the Checkout page.

Go to “My Account” and select “AutoSend”, then select the Subscription you’d like to change.

To be able to change a subscription, you must have the subscription active.

Then select “Change Interval” button.

Then you will be directed to the product’s page. Once there, select the new interval and press “Sign Up Now”.

Then proceed to “My Cart” or to the “Checkout” page to finalize the transaction. Items are subscribed individually. If you have more than 1 item subscribed to a particular subscription, and would like to change this item to a different interval, repeat the same process.

Go to “My Account”, and then to “AutoSend”, select the AutoSend order you’d like to cancel.

Then select the “Delete this AutoSend Schedule” in the bottom of the page.

Yes, go to “My Account”, and then to “AutoSend”, select the AutoSend order you’d like to process.

Then on “AutoSend” page there is an option to ”Order Now”, complete the payment process after.

Go the product you are interested in adding to an AutoSend subscription. First select the size of the product, then select ”Add to an automated re-order schedule”, then select “Add to an automated re-order schedule”. Then select “Add to an existing schedule?” option. Your existing Autosend schedules will automatically populate. Select the schedule you’d like to change, then confirm with the “Add” button.

Go to “My Account”, then to “Payment Methods” to add, edit or delete payment methods.
Go to “My Account”, and then to “AutoSend”, select the “View” button on the schedule you want to change the address.

In the bottom of the page you’ll see the “Change Address” option.

Once an AutoSend order has been processed, you will be notified via an email.
